it looks like a timeline from long time ago. it is in the shape of a fan but also look like an old leaf

True! But they are actually museum specimens of crinoids (fossilised marine animals). That information is not easy to find though - you have to search the article on the BHL site. In this case naming the species as petalocrinus expansus will do nicely.
