What does the text in the bottom left corner of the page mean? Looks like names but then there is this "del." that makes me uncertain. And if it is the name of two (related?) persons why was their names put there? Illustrators?

I know that Del. is a shorthand abbreviation meaning "illustrator".

Del. is used as short hand for Delineavit, which means the person who drew the image. The Sc. on the bottom right is for Sculpsit, or the person who engraved it.
When classifying, if you click the ? and go to Latin Terms, there is a list of various abbreviations you are likely to find on the illustrationsPosted

It looks to me like this is one of the illustration pages with a protective overlay so should be classed as having no image. The actual image will be out there somewhere though! You can use the tag #overlay in Talk for pages like these.
