images seen through paper?

  this looks as if it is seen through the sheet used to protect coloured images
  The numbers are right-reading so it is not an offset from the opposite page.
  I am presuming we record these.

  westdale If you find a page with an overlay there is probably another scan of the same page w/o the overlay so you do not need to describe these – mark as “no” illustration on the page.
