Not Blank, but looks like it

    Great question and example! So unlike some of the other #blank pages which have phantom images, this is a page which has been scanned with the protective transparent paper. It still, therefore, constitutes an image- just one that is a bit more difficult to read. In these cases going to the original to see what is said about them is particularly useful

    The scan without the protective velum appears a couple of pages prior to this in the original volume.
